At Aura Makeup, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a flexible and fair return process.

🗓️ Return Window

Returns can be requested within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

✅ Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
• For hygienic reasons, certain personal-use items (such as makeup brushes) must be unopened and unused.
• If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please provide photographic evidence within 48 hours of receipt to facilitate resolution.

🔁 How to Request a Return

Please email us at davatechsl@gmail.com or contact through the web with your order number and reason for return. If applicable, attach photos of the item to support your request.

Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for the return process.

💳 Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds are issued for the product value. Shipping costs are only refundable if the return is due to a fulfillment error or product defect.

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), return shipping will be covered by us.
• In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or opened products intended for personal or hygienic use.
• Items marked as final sale.
